Jain Entrance Test (JET 2021) is conducted by Jain University for admission to MBA and other postgraduate courses. JET 2021 is a national level entrance test held every year.
JET 2021 Exam Pattern consists of 150 Objective questions and the exam is held for a duration of 3 hours in online mode. JET 2021 question paper will only be available in English language. The paper will have 4 sections depending on the program opted by the applicant.

Exam Pattern for JET 2021
There is a single question paper for all the candidates who are aspiring to appear in JET for admission in the undergraduate programme in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Dairy Technology, and Food Technology.
- Duration of the exam:2 hours (120 Minutes)
- The medium of the Test: Bilingual, i.e., the paper shall be set in both English and Hindi
- Type of Questions: Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ)
- The Question Paper for JET would be available in the following five subjects namely:
- Agriculture
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Marking Scheme: Four marks will be awarded for every correct answer and one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer (Negative marking). If more than one option is chosen, it will be treated as the wrong answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unmarked/ un-attempted questions.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
This section will consist of these sections. Time duration of the exam will be 3 hours.

The exam is for 100 marks and followed by group discussion & personal interview. Group Discussion involves assessment of personality traits, leadership qualities and attitude. It is an exercise in which participants exchange ideas on the given topic. If the candidate passes the other levels, he/she is called for Personal interview by the Admission Committee.

JET 2021 Marking scheme
The marking scheme for JET 2021 is not released yet. However, it is expected that there won’t be too many changes from previous year pattern. Marking Scheme of JET 2017 for B.tech courses is given below:
- For each correct answer: +4 marks.
- For each wrong answer: -1 mark.
- For each un-attempted question: 0 mark.

Results for JET 2021 will be announced online, and the official dates is yet to be announced. Candidates can check their results on the official website of Jain University.
JET 2021 Results Dates
The JET exam is scheduled to be held from June 27, 2021, to Jun 29, 2021 for B.Tech and May 29, 2021, for M.Tech programs. The JET results dates, however, is yet to be released. It is expected to be releasing very soon. The result dates will be updated below once the official dates are out.

JET Counselling 2021
JET Counselling process takes place right after the results are announced. The counselling for the candidates is purely on the basis of merit. In this process, the documents of the candidates are verified. Make sure that you carry all the documents required for the verification, and have photocopies of all the documents.

Original Documents Required during JET 2021 Counselling
For admissions, the student must carry all the original and photocopy of the documents to the counselling for verification. Following are the list of the documents that should be carried by the candidates:
- Class 10 and 12/PUC/ Equivalent exam mark sheet.
- Graduation Marks sheet
- Aptitude test scorecard
- 10 passport size photographs along with 10 stamp size photographs.
- Copy of photo identity proof
- Transfer Certificate (original + 2copies)
- Migration Certificate (original +2 copies for non-Karnataka candidates)
- Caste certificate and Income certificate (original +2 copies, if required)
- Parent or Guardian’s PAN card
- Provisional Admission offer letter.
