Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Common Law Entrance Test (AP PGLCET) is conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). It is a state-level entrance exam for admissions to 2-year LLM course to various universities and their affiliated colleges of the state.
It is conducted once a year in online mode. The AP PGLCET 2021 will be a centre-based exam consisting of a total of 120 questions. The AP PGLCET syllabus includes topics from various compulsory subjects of LLB such as Constitutional law, Mercantile law, Jurisprudence, Public International law, Labour Law and others.

AP PGLCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are going to apply for the AP PGLCET 2021 must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
Nationality: Candidate should an Indian national to apply for this test.
Residential Status: Candidates must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and satisfy all the local/ non local requirements as laid down in the educational institutes of Andhra Pradesh.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a 3 Year/5 Year LL.B. degree with an aggregate of 50%. Final year examination are also eligible.
Moreover, candidates can check the required marks for different categories as mentioned below:
- 50% marks are required for OC candidates.
- 45% marks are required for BC and SC and ST candidates.
Age Limit – As per the rule provided by the Bar Council of India, there is no age limit for appearing in the AP PGLCET examination.

AP PGLCET Exam Pattern 2021
AP PGLCET is a Computer Based Test, having objective type questions. A candidate’s aptitude in the Law subject is tested through this examination.
- As per AP PGLCET Exam Pattern, there are 120 questions to be completed within 90 minutes.
- Maximum marks that can be scored is 120.
- Each question carries 1 mark and there is no provision of negative marking.

AP PGLCET Result 2021
The university which is the conducting body, will declare AP PGLCET 2021 result in online mode. Candidates will be able to download the result of AP PGLCET 2021 from the official website only.

Candidates have to login at the candidate portal using their registration number and password.
The result of AP PGLCET 2021 contains important details related to the candidate’s performance in the examination. The details include marks scored by the candidate, rank, qualifying status along with candidate’s name, roll number and other personal details.
AP PGLCET Counselling 2021
AP PGLCET counselling process will take place after result and rank card declaration. The selected candidates will be given the opportunity to appear in counselling round on the grounds of their score in the entrance exam.
