Indira Gandhi National Open University Management Aptitude Test (IGNOU OPENMAT) is a national level exam conducted by The School of Management Studies, Indira Gandhi National Open University. Through this examination, candidates get admissions into Postgraduation and Diploma courses.

OPEMNMAT Exam Day Guidelines
Here are some points that you must keep in mind for the exam day:
- Don’t forget to carry a print out of your admit card. Digital, scanned or photocopy of the admit card is not accepted as a valid document
- Reach your exam centre one hour before the reporting time
- Do not carry electronic items to the exam venue. You are also advised to not carry valuable items.
Along with the admit card, carry a photo ID as secondary identity proof. You can carry any of the following documents like ID proof:
- Aadhaar card
- PAN card
- Voter ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s license
IGNOU OPENMAT 2021- Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree/graduation from any discipline including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship.
- The minimum duration of a bachelor’s degree must be three years.
- General category candidates should have scored at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate of all subjects in graduation.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories i.e., SC, ST, PWD should have obtained 45 per cent marks in graduation degree.

- Reading and Comprehension: You will be asked to read passages and then answer the multiple-choice questions based on the passage.

IGNOU OPEN MAT 2021 Results have been published on the official website. The candidate has to log in by entering valid details asked such as the application number, and other details on the admit card.
Once you have seen your result click on print to take a printout of the result, as it is essential for future use for counselling and admission.
IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 Counselling
Only those candidates who have cleared the cut-off score of the IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 will be allowed to take part in the Counselling procedure for the IGNOU.
After the results are announced and the merit list is prepared after, counselling for merit students is conducted in different centres. On the day of counselling, the candidate has to go to the nearest centre at a given time.
