AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) is conducted by National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) for their annual law entrance test. It is a common admission test for B.A.LLB (Hons.), LLM and Ph.D. programs will take place on 30th July 2021. AILET Eligibility Criteria 2021
AILET Eligibility 2021 must be checked thoroughly before applying for the exam. The detailed AILET eligibility criteria include age limit and educational qualification.
AILET – Age Limit
There is no upper age limit mentioned by the authorities to appear for AILET 2021 exam.
AILET- Educational Qualification
As per the AILET Educational qualification, the below-mentioned criteria are acceptable.
- You must have cleared the Higher Secondary School Examination (10 + 2) or an equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
- Students who fall under the category of Foreign Nationals must have achieved at least 65% marks in the (10 + 2) exam.
- Those students who are going to appear for the qualifying exam or awaiting results for the same are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

AILET 2021- Counselling Procedure
The other important part of the admission process is the counselling procedure. The seats for this round are allocated by NLU, Delhi is based on the merit list and the aspiring candidates are advised not to miss the opportunity to secure a seat.
The counselling process will be concluded with the seat allotment and payment of the first-semester fee along with admission fee. If a candidate fails to submit the fee in due course, he or she might lose the seat. The counselling can take place in two or more rounds, depending on the filling of seats.
Schedule:Once after the AILET 2021 Merit list and answer key is published, the Counselling process starts and the eligible candidates have to attend the counselling without fail.
Process:Before the allotment of seats, the process of Document verification takes place in which the candidate’s original certificates will be cross-checked.
