HPTET or “Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test” is conducted by Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education for the recruitment of trained graduate teachers in different subjects. The test is organized to determine the eligibility of applicants for the position of primary teachers in various state government-run schools of Himachal Pradesh.

Himachal Pradesh TET Exam Pattern 2021
The paper will be an offline test (OMR Based Test) means candidates will have to mark the answer in an OMR Sheet. The exam will have 150 multiple choice questions with a time constraint of 150 minutes in total. Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking applicable in the exam. Minimum marks required to qualify the exam is 90 i.e. 60%.
