HTET or Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Haryana (BSEH), Haryana, Bhiwani. It is an eligibility test for teachers conducted once a year.
Aspirants who want to become a teacher in Haryana will have to give this state-level entrance examination. HTET is held for different levels of teacher recruitment such as Primary Teacher (PRT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in schools run by Haryana State Government.
Board of School Education, Haryana released the notification for the post of Trained Graduate Teachers and Postgraduate Teacher to fill the vacant positions in the Board.

Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) conducting the 3 levels:
- Level- 1
It is for the recruitment of a primary teacher who teaches the classes 1st to 5th.
- Level- 2
It is conducted to recruit an elementary teacher who teaches the classes 6th to 8th
- Level- 3
It is conducted to recruit an elementary teacher who teaches the classes 6th to 8th
- The exam will be held in pen and paper-based mode.
- The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Each question carries one mark. Candidates will have 4 alternatives out of which they will need to choose one.
- There is no negative marking for the wrong answer.
