Institute of Engineering and management Joint Entrance Examination (IEMJEE 2021) is conducted by University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata.
It is a university-level exam for admitting aspirants into various UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs offered by the University of Engineering and Management (UEM) at its 2 campuses – Kolkata and Jaipur.
The exam is being conducted in three separate phases. IEMJEE 2021 will be conducted in offline as well as online mode. IEMJEE Results are generally announced within 2 weeks of conducting the exam.

IEMJEE 2021 Exam Pattern
IEMJEE 2021 exam pattern will vary depending on the course opted by the candidates.
- It will contain objective questions (MCQs) in various subjects.
- Every question will be followed by 4 alternative options as answers and candidates need to pick the correct one.
- Every correct answer will be awarded marks accordingly.
- It will be held in both online and offline mode.
- The nature and pattern of questions will be similar to other state and national level exams for the particular courses.

IEMJEE Exam Pattern 2021 – BTech Lateral Entry
Mode of the IEMJEE conducted for BTech lateral entry will be the same as WB JELET examination.
- It will be a 2 hours long exam that will have 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) with four options each. Each question will carry one mark.
- The test paper will have various sections depending on the qualifying examination the aspirant has cleared
- For each correct answer, the aspirant will get one mark while ¼ marks will be deducted for any question answered incorrectly. No response will yield 0 mark.

IEMJEE 2021 Syllabus
B.Tech:
- Syllabus and mode of the exam are absolutely same as that of JEE Mains comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics divided into 3 sections.
- Maths section will contain 60 questions each of 4 marks.
- Physics and Chemistry section will contain 30 questions each of 4 marks.
- Total marks will be 360. Time duration will be 2 hours.
- Maths section will have a time duration of 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Chemistry and Physics will have a time duration of 45 minutes.
- There will be 1 mark deduction from total marks for each wrong answer.
B.Tech Lateral Entry:
Syllabus and mode of exam will be same as WB JELET examination.
BCA(H)/BBA(H):
Syllabus will comprise of English, General Knowledge and Preliminary Mathematics.
M.Tech:
Syllabus and mode of exam will be same as GATE examination.
MCA:
Syllabus and mode of exam will be same as WB JECA examination.
MBA:
Syllabus and mode of exam will be same as CAT examination.

IEM JEE 2021 Results
The Conducting authority will announce the results after the completion of the exam. For each phase, the result will be declared separately. The results for Phases 1 to 4 have been announced.
