LIC ADO Selection Process
The LIC ADO selection process 2021 majorly consists of three stages:
- Written Exam – Online (Prelims & Mains)
- Interview
- Medical Exam
The written exam comprises two phases (Prelims & Mains). Both the exams are conducted through computer-based mode.
Applicants under the Open Market Category will have a two-stage Online Exam, i.e., Prelims and Mains. On the other hand, applicants under Agents & Employee Categories will have just one stage of Online Exam before the Interview.
The exam pattern is different for both categories. However, the subjects in the syllabus are similar and candidates need to be aware of the same.

LIC ADO- Personal Interview
It is the second stage of exam. After clearing the LIC ADO Mains exams, Selected candidates will be called for the Personal Interview. The Personal Interview will consist of Aptitude based questions. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Mains and personal Interview.
LIC ADO- Medical Test
Candidates who cleared the Personal Interview of LIC ADO Exam, have to appear for Medical Test which is conducted by LIC India. Candidates who pass the Medical Test will be appointed for the post of Apprentice Development Officers (ADO).
