The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Regional Rural Banks (RRB) examination for the selection of officers who will fill posts in nationalized rural banks across the country. The IBPS RRB exam promises a bright future for those who are embarking on their careers in banking and is one of the most awaited notifications among banking aspirants.
The IBPS RRB exam is conducted for recruitment to four different posts:
- IBPS RRB Office Assistant (IBPS RRB Clerk)
- IBPS RRB Officer Scale I (IBPS RRB PO)

The selection process for IBPS RRB Vacancies is filled through three phases of examination:
- Prelims
- Mains
- Interview
There will be no interview for the post of Office Assistant post after the Mains exam in case he or she qualifies for both phases.
IBPS RRB Prelims Syllabus 2021:
- In the prelim’s exam, there is no English language section
- Only two sections are available in the prelim’s exam- Reasoning and quantitative aptitude.
- This is just a mini-exam, with a time duration of just 45 minutes.
